value of your existing devices and choose your purchases from the list of eligible
BlackBerry smartphones.
- When trading in 50 or less devices of the same model:
- Fill out and submit a quote form to determine the trade in value
of your old devices and choose your purchases from the list of eligible BlackBerry
smartphones.
- The website will provide you with an instant quote on the trade
in value of your old devices.
- Once you’ve confirmed your trade in offer, you can purchase your
new devices and send in or fax your proofs of purchase to the BlackBerry Trade Up
Program. In a short time, you’ll receive prepaid shipping labels that save you time,
hassle and money when returning your old devices. Within the next 45 days, your
trade in will be processed and a redemption check issued.
- When trading in more than 50 devices:
- You’ll need to complete some additional questions to have a customized
quote created that meets your needs.
- This will also allow you to ship the old devices from multiple
locations or ship all of the old devices in one box from a single location.
- After you submit your custom quote request, you will receive an
email acknowledging receipt of your request and you will be contacted within two
business days with further details.
